Our Story

FruitMallo was born in a Montclair kitchen, from a simple idea - what if marshmallow could actually taste like fruit? Inspired by the delicate fruit confections I remember from my childhood in Europe. I wanted to capture that same light, natural sweetness - but made only with real fruit and simple ingredients. One experiment turned into a passion , and soon FruitMallo was born - a modern take on a classic tradition.
